Major waterproofing issues in the property prompted the team to remove her existing chipboard flooring and replace with only the best JamesHardieFC sheeting as well as replacing any rotten carpentry work. Once this job was structurally sound, we built some niches, added plenty of lighting and installed new IXL and powerpoints. The bathrooms were fit off with the Japanese bidet toilets, which means perfectly lining up extra water outlets and power for the toilet all the whilst keeping them hidden. Shirley was so excited she couldn’t wait to give us a Google review.
