From day 1 Rob held our hands the whole way. His process has been thoroughly thought out and implemented and everything went ahead of schedule. I had no idea there were builders that operated so methodically. His hand selected tradesman were all professional, prompt and completed all works to a high standard. As with any major renovation, there are curve-balls, but Rob's focus on customer experience and impeccable attention to detail really saw this project through - and we are thrilled with the end results.

Rob and Marco were both very easy to deal with and checked in regularly to make sure we were happy with the work being done.
