Throughout the entire process, Rob demonstrated professionalism and expertise, ensuring that each step of the renovation was completed correctly and promptly addressing any issues that were anticipated or arose (which, in a 100 year old house, were to be expected). The tradespeople excelled in efficiently completing their work to a high standard of quality and care while maintaining a tidy workspace. From day 1 Rob held our hands the whole way. His process has been thoroughly thought out and implemented and everything went ahead of schedule. I had no idea there were builders that operated so methodically. His hand selected tradesman were all professional, prompt and completed all works to a high standard. We have already engaged Rob for stage 2 and will not bother considering others. Very highly recommended!

The design and accessory collection experience was seamless, with lots of help and advice along the way. Work was highly organised, with quality sign-offs at every step. As with any major renovation, there are curve-balls, but Rob's focus on customer experience and impeccable attention to detail really saw this project through - and we are thrilled with the end results.

Rob and Marco were both very easy to deal with and checked in regularly to make sure we were happy with the work being done.
